Didn't want to work as I did not want to sell balls.
Yupps..it was a mini IT roadshow selling mp4 players, speakers, etc.
It come withs 3 sets each for the various IT products but 300 BALLS.
So its kinda obvious on what products I was supposed to push.
I realized the benefit & usefulness of the wonder ball.
Sales is good :)

Met mgrs, colleagues from different countries, the way they do things,speak,act. Fun!
I am learning chinese during the rdshow too..so funnnn!~
Y? there is a China colleague who sell chinese digital dictionary!Haaa!
Learn a few IT devices from other colleagues during the "non peak" period..
As I'm promoting a totally new product launch in the mkt,
it is therefore important to create awareness. Diversification.
Iwas wondering what make a good salesperson.
Summarized it~
-Be resourceful.
-Be humourous & friendly.Smile. Create rapport.
-Buying emotion, perception actually drive customers to buy it.
-Ability to convince and understand their needs.
-Buyer buys solution and results. Not product or services.
-Listen, ask qns, be interesting, mk them interested in ur product.
-positive!
-active listening skill
many many more..So fun!!
SO what is the challenge?
Ability to approach people, convinced people mindset/perception
that detergent has been replaced with the ball.
A few of my colleagues and me was wondering and evaluating,
what can we do after 1000 washes?
-Treat it as a shaker. *shake shake*
-Play it like a sport, rubgy.
-A pressie for a dog. play the game, Fetch!
*Go benny go!*
And what can be evaluated?
-colour
-size
-location
-package the box.
-more media awareness
-more testimonials
-Promoters. Auntie promoter work best.
Birds of the same kind flocks together.
Cuz washing is done by mothers or perhaps the maids.
Not young promoters.
Problem encountered
-1000washes. So how do we know if the 1000washes has been use up?
I manage to come up with logical soln. But it can be further evaluted.
-Rejection. people dun even want to give u a chance to talk despite approach.
-Someone will listen to you. thk them. they assist in improving
ur communication skills and that you had did a gd deed by sharing with them the great
benefit of the ball which save cost,time,money, electricty and envtally friendly oh!
-what's going to happen to the detergent companies?
Why people buy?
-tai cong dong
-willingly to try new product; open mindset.
-rich
-ability to convince them
I have yet to see anyone take and go!hurhur~
