Early in the morning at East Coast Park, looking at those 'wave one' flagged
their way off the first race with rock music. Super HiGH can!
Saw Jane and vivien. Oh my!~
Didn't saw them for so long! Chat non stop until their 15km race
started!~ High high!
My race started slightly later. I ran the first 4km with my cousin and off I go!~
Reaching the finishing line, there I saw was all the smiley bishan runners! =D
HiGh!~ Hehex. Grab my goodie bags, pass to francis and ran to find xy.
Awww..! she sprained her leg =x
Brought her to a doc and settled our lunch with family
and bff at Geylang east food centre.
Went to get my goodie bag after leaving them and we went to catch crabs at
changi beach. hehex. I was the first to catch the crab. Wanted to keep it as
pet after naming crabby, it was cooked after I took my bath =X
there it was, crabby hot noodle =p
Fitness First
Signed up for the one day free trial at fitness first with bff at Paragon.
Haha. Went for body combat lesson and gym.
After those workout, its tai-tai time. =)
Sauna and steambath and nua at the changing room.

Running at Pierce reservoir
It was the first time in my life running in a canal.
Haha. So funny when xinggg ran to catch the white bird!
Ran up to pierce reservoir with those up hill and down hills.
All of us are dying for water after the 8km run.
Never gave up, we finally reach the top.
but there was no restaurant! WAhahaha!~
Came across two good samaritans to assist us with water
and shorten our route to reach bishan. =)
