His father pushed his disabled son, Rick, 26.2 miles in marathons. He does not only pushed him 26.2 miles in a wheelchair but also towed him 2.4 miles in a dinghy while swimming and pedalled him 112 miles in a seat on the handlebars. All in the same day.The father's love for the son.

A little update on myself..
Ran a total distance of 16km this week with a few of my running khaki.=)
Made lots of new nice frenz from different backgrounds in school too.
eg, fitness instructor, teach korea, etc.
Everything was going fine in school & I'm looking
forward for the coming 2008! =)
